The cost includes:

- exterior sign with LED,
- 2 coffee machines,
- 2 fridges for the drinks,
- shelves, furniture,
- interior lining of the store,

The sole difference between the two options regards the fact that people can use the products on site and the higher price only regards the extra accessories and furniture needed to fulfill the bar side of the shop.
There is no difference in between the products depending on the option you choose, the products are the same.
