Training begins with a 45-day home study preparation program. This initial training known as "Ready-Set-Go" includes the necessary steps to establish your new business locally.
New franchisees then attend Professional Design and Sales School, a comprehensive 2-week classroom training session conducted at the Lifestyle University in our corporate headquarters. The next step in our ongoing education program is provided through training sessions in your area to focus on each key aspect of our business. Training continues with regular regional meetings, sessions conducted by suppliers, our annual Conference and Suppliers' Market, and special national training events.
