We deliver the ice cream and sorbets to each shop, ready for you to serve to your guests, so you’ll never have to make them yourself. However, you will need to know what makes Mora so special, because it’s a question you’ll hear all the time.
The answer is simple — recipe and ingredients. Mora ice cream is true slow food. Perfectly ripe, real ingredients are picked for freshness and flavor then used in a recipe that is polished and perfected through many trials, until we finally reach a perfect balance of flavors. It takes time and a lot of energy, but each batch of Mora ice cream is a labor of love that you can truly taste. That’s what makes it so, so good.
And the flavors are limitless! Mora reinvigorates plain chocolate and strawberry, brings old world flavors like gianduja, marron glace and sabayon to the new world, and creates foodie favorites like goat cheese & fig. We also blend seasonal specialties like Rose Petal ice cream for Valentine’s Day, Stout Beer for St Patrick’s Day, Lavender to savor the summer, and Egg Nog to warm the winter. Every day your guests will find up to 50 flavors (depending on the size of your shop) to satisfy their cravings and intrigue their palates.

- We are a group of professionals with over 25 years of experience in the food and dairy industry, including national and international commerce, food development, retail, and customer service. We have a passion for food, quality, business, and Mora.
- Our main focus is to produce the best ice cream for our franchisees while helping them grow their businesses. We work side by side with each of our franchisees to deliver what they need so that they enjoy owning Mora as much as we do.
Who We Are Looking For
- The goal at Mora Iced Creamery is not to merely sell ice cream parlors. We are looking for multiple unit franchisees and area developers who appreciate the quality of our products, the simplicity of our business model, and who possess the passion and skills to help us grow the Mora brand. Our ideal franchise partner is someone who has a background in multi-unit business operations, understands the importance of following the standards and processes of a franchise brand, and possesses the business acumen to develop a designated territory of Mora Iced Creamery shops.
What Size Space Will I Need?
- Each full-sized shop needs only 800-1,000 square feet of space to operate efficiently and provide guests with a place to savor their treats. This appealing flexibility in size still allows each store to carry 40 to 50 flavors.
What Support Can I Expect as a Franchisee?
- Our dedicated franchise team will assist you through each step of opening your Mora Iced Creamery shops. Mora will assist you with site selection analysis, franchisee and manager training, floorplan design, procurement of your initial equipment and supplies orders, and help to train your employees to insure the smoothest possible opening experience. Once you are opened, our commitment to you continues as we provide ongoing operational support and marketing assistance to you.
